By Tristan Davis Chloe Watts is the newest member of the Her Game Too Ambassador team after moving up from her former role as HGT Advocate.
“I’ve always been really passionate about supporting and promoting the message HGT is conveying. By stepping up and becoming the ambassador for Bristol Rovers Women’s Team, it means I can work closely with the team on championing the incredible female players and staff at the club.”
Chloe’s enthusiasm for supporting her team stems from very fond memories.
“My passion for Bristol Rovers stemmed solely from my dad. We’ve always attended games together, both home and away, which is something I’m truly grateful for.
“My favourite team memory has to be watching the Gas Girls win the South West Regional League Cup Final and getting to celebrate with the team on the coach home via some karaoke!”
Moments such as those have inspired Chloe to be part of something bigger and become an Ambassador with HGT.
“A key experience that inspired me to step up as Ambassador is when Her Game Too organised for the Gas Girls to play at The Mem against FGR Women. I could see how much it meant to all of the players and would love to be able to organise that again one day!
“One of my key goals as Bristol Rovers Women’s ambassador is to get the Gas Girls playing at The Mem again and in front of the Gasheads! But this time, even bigger than before!
“I’d love to see Her Game Too get even closer to achieving 92/92 partnered clubs and see the campaign grow even more!”
