Her Game Too, established in May 2021, is an unpaid, voluntary campaign led by a dedicated team of female sports enthusiasts committed to fostering positive change in the broader sporting community. Our mission is to raise awareness and promote inclusivity and diversity in sports, striving to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of background, ability, or gender.

Our vision is a world where ice hockey is accessible to all genders, and our mission is to empower women in the sport by providing support, highlighting achievements, and creating opportunities for participation and leadership. We work collaboratively with clubs, organisations, and stakeholders to achieve our objectives, including increasing visibility, creating opportunities for female players, promoting a positive and inclusive hockey culture, advocating for equal treatment and resources, supporting the development of female coaches and officials, and fostering collaborations with like-minded organisations.
