At Her Game Too we work with fans, players, coaches, clubs and other organisations in sport with a mission to create an inclusive and safe environment for all.

Our work is overseen by our Executive Team and is carried out by Ambassadors and Advocates, all working with clubs they support to bring Her Game Too's mission to the forefront and champion equality for women and girls.
 

We not only want to raise awareness, but also offer education to promote a safe and inclusive sporting culture. Our team is committed to driving positive change and making a real difference in the world of sports.

REPORTS

At Her Game Too, we recognise the importance of robust reporting systems in addressing sexism and misogyny in sports. We are committed to enhancing existing reporting mechanisms and implementing our own system to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to come forward with their experiences.

We work closely with sports clubs, leagues, and organisations to improve existing reporting structures, ensuring they are accessible, transparent, and responsive to incidents of sexism and misogynistic behaviours. By providing training and resources, we empower these entities to handle reports with sensitivity and accountability, fostering a culture where concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

In addition to enhancing existing systems, we have developed our own reporting platform. This platform offers individuals the option of anonymity, allowing them to share their experiences without fear of retaliation or stigma. Our team provides personalised support throughout the reporting process, guiding individuals through their options and connecting them with the resources they need.

By offering a confidential and supportive reporting system, we aim to empower individuals to speak out against sexism and misogyny in sports. Together, we can create a culture of accountability and respect, where everyone feels safe and valued.

At the heart of Her Game Too is a vibrant and supportive community dedicated to driving positive change. We have created a safe space for players, coaches, staff, and fans to come together and share their experiences, insights, and ideas.
