HER GAME TOO CYMRU PARTNER WITH PONTYPRIDD UNITED

By Aimee Palmer

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Pontypridd United, who will further support the campaign and promote the message of inclusivity in football.

The South Wales club has come on board our campaign and to take the next step in promoting inclusion and diversity.

Pontypridd United's Men's team compete in the JD Cymru South League and their next match will be Newport City later today. They also have a thriving women’s team who compete in the Adran South League with a match against Caldicot Town next Sunday.

The Adran Leagues partnered with Her Game Too Cymru last year, along with the Cymru Leagues and we are so excited to have more clubs coming on board and pledging their support.

The Head of Youth/Women’s Secretary for Pontypridd United Women's, Drew Lewis said: "The partnership between Pontypridd United and Her Game Too Cymru marks another step towards promoting equality and inclusion in football.

"Together, we are committed to making the game a safe and welcoming space for women and girls, where passion for football knows no boundaries."

Pontypridd United were formed in 1992 after merging with another local club. Their ground is the fantastic USW Sports Park which is located in the heart of Pontypridd. To have an enthusiastic club in the South Wales Valleys, promoting the women’s game in all aspects, is a great addition to Her Game Too Cymru.

Seeing many clubs and leagues wanting to get involved across the country has been amazing and we are so excited to see what this partnership can bring.

Mae pêl-droed yn gêm i BAWB. Football is a game for ALL.
