Her Game Too has announced an exciting partnership with the People Agency, with the people and culture consultancy company joining us on our mission ensuring football is a game for all.
The People Agency partners with organisations and elite talent who believe in unleashing human potential. They specialise in delivering and representing elite football talent across the world, providing players with personal development and career strategic support, helping them reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
Together, our partnership will aim to build an inclusive future in football where everyone, regardless of race or gender, can enjoy and participate in sports.
We’re united in striving for football to be a safer, inclusive space for women and girls, in every aspect of the sport - whether that be spectators, players, professionals or leaders. Because football is for everyone.
Our collaboration is all about looking to the future in creating a game that is ethical and equal for all.
Education and player development are at the heart of our collaboration. That’s why, the partnership will begin with initiatives designed to support female players across clubs and academies, looking ahead to their careers in the sport. This collaboration represents more than shared values. It’s a shared commitment to inspire change.

Leanna Newman, Founder and CEO of The People Agency (TPA Elite Management), said:
“Our partnership with Her Game Too unites two organisations that believe deeply in equality, empowerment, and change.”
“Through curated dual-career and transition pathways, we help players unlock their full human potential from grassroots to professional levels, ensuring success that lasts well beyond the game as we know studies show that over 70% of professional players face uncertainty when transitioning out of the game with what is next often thought about when it's far too late. This partnership aims to rewrite that story for the next generation.”
Alongside this partnership, Leanna will also step into the role of official advisor for Her Game Too, where she will play a key part in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and providing expert guidance as it continues to grow.
At Her Game Too, we’re excited that this partnership will help us take the next step towards an equitable future in football for women and girls. A future where everyone feels included. One that tackles sexism and promotes equality in football.
