In their EDI Action Plan, published for 2025, Bucks Cricket has outlined big ambitions to...

To achieve these goals, the county has committed to “Connect further with diverse communities” and “Lead a culture of inclusion in the game” by offering alternative and free-to-access routes into the sport, as well as ensuring that all members of staff within the organisation receive EDI training.

Within Women and Girls’ cricket, developing a “network of female coaches and officials in the county to support and grow the female game” is at the forefront of their priorities for 2025. Alongside building this community, Bucks Cricket are delivering a range of programmes to help grow the number of Women and Girls’ sections and teams across club cricket, as well as in state schools and increase the number of female volunteers within the recreational game.

On the partnership, Bucks Cricket CEO, Richard Hudson, said: "We believe that wherever cricket is and can be played, Women and Girls cricket should be there.
