The countdown is on!
This summer, Cymru women’s national team are preparing to head to Switzerland for their historic debut at the Women’s Euro 2025, and they won’t be going alone.
From record-breaking home crowds, to loyal travelling supporters, the Red Wall has stood firm, proving that their backing is more than just presence, it’s persistent encouragement no matter what the team are facing.
Match after match, fans poured into stadiums across Wales. Wrexham. Cardiff. Swansea. Turning up in record numbers, creating an atmosphere that lifted and pushed the players on. Flags waved, voices sang, and the Red Wall came alive.
The support didn’t stay at home. The Red Wall followed Cymru far and wide. Sweden. Denmark. Italy. Carrying that same energy, the same enthusiasm, always making themselves heard.
When asked about the support of fans, Gemma said:
"We always say the Red Wall is our 12th player and it gives us such an advantage when they're there. Whether it's 10 of them, whether it's 6,000 of them, we always hear them.”

For a small country, the support is massive, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
As Alys Griffiths said before the final matches of the Nations League:
"It's so important for us to have the fans with us… to have a big crowd there would mean a lot to us as players and know that we have that support behind us going into a major tournament."
The atmosphere the Red Wall creates? It makes a difference. This isn’t just football. It’s a long awaited change, and Cymru’s fans are at the heart of it.
Now, with the Euros fast approaching, the team will once again need the fans behind them.
It’s a huge moment and a chance to make history.
